Case Management

 

Case Managers are available to assist individuals in receiving services or benefits to which they are eligible. After contact has been made to the East Arkansas Area Agency on Aging a case manager will conduct an evaluation in the individual’s home to determine possible needs. Case Managers can:

Assist with filling out various applications

  • Medicaid QMB
  • Medicaid Spend Down SMB
  • Elderchoices
  • QI 1 & 2
  • Food Stamps
  • Electric Sales Tax Exemption
  • Medicaid Prior Authorization
