Case Management |

Case Managers are available to assist individuals in receiving services or benefits to which they are eligible. After contact has been made to the East Arkansas Area Agency on Aging a case manager will conduct an evaluation in the individuals home to determine possible needs. Case Managers can:
Assist with filling out various applications
- Medicaid QMB
- Medicaid Spend Down SMB
- Elderchoices
- QI 1 & 2
- Food Stamps
- Electric Sales Tax Exemption
- Medicaid Prior Authorization
