The East Arkansas Area Agency on Aging Customer Service is available to the public Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  The goal of the Customer Service department is to provide patrons a link to services answering questions related to aging.  Our Customer Service Manager is a Certified Information & Referral Specialist in Aging.
