Healthy lifestyle programs can provide quality support to improve an individual's overall lifestyle and key factors that influence wellness.  Lifestyels programs typically offer tools to track progress, educational materials to inform participants regarding health topics, and support to reach health goals.
Exercise
Exercise is essential to healthy living.  New studies show that individuals should engage in a minimum of 30 minutes of physical activity each day.  This can include walking, jogging, or swimming.  The activity should elevate your heart rate in order to build cardiovascular health and endurance and burn calories consumed throughout the day.  A long-term and consistent weight management plan can improve blood pressure, heart health, and lower cholesterol levels.  Click here to view the  Exercise Classes offered by our agency free of charge to individuals 55 years of age and over.     

Support Groups

Other Activities Offered
