Consumer Information

Con artists and illegal business practices can easily victimize senior citizens.  To protect your interests as a consumer, the Attorney General’s Office of Arkansas has established the Consumer Protection Division.  This office will handle all of your complaints as a consumer, from door-to-door sales to mail order fraud.  Check with agencies below for more information about your rights as consumer.
